1. Who is the controller of your data?

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, as amended.

2. What data do we process and why?

The Controller processes the following personal data obtained from you when you make a reservation, purchase, or communicate with us:

  • First and last name
  • E‑mail
  • Telephone number
  • Address (for invoicing, where applicable)
  • Company ID / VAT ID (where relevant)
  • Contents of your order / reservation

Purposes of processing:

  • Conclusion and performance of the service contract (e.g., fishing reservation and related services)
  • Issuance of tax and accounting documents
  • Ensuring communication with the customer
  • Handling complaints and legal claims
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., bookkeeping)
  • Sending commercial communications (if you have expressly consented)

3. Legal basis for processing

    • Performance of a contract – without your data we could not conclude the reservation or ensure its fulfilment
    • Compliance with a legal obligation – e.g., the duty to retain accounting documents
    • Controller’s legitimate interest – for example, to protect our legal claims or improve our services
    • Consent to receive commercial communications – where you have given it

    4. Who may receive your data?

      • Providers of IT services and hosting
      • Providers of accounting and tax services
      • Payment service providers (e.g., banks)
      • Carriers or postal service operators
      • Public authorities, where required by law

      We do not transfer your data outside the EU, and we do not carry out automated decision‑making or profiling.

      5. How long do we retain the data?

        • For the duration of the contractual relationship
        • Subsequently for 10 years, where required by accounting and tax regulations
        • In the case of consent to receive commercial communications – until consent is withdrawn

        Once the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymise the data.

          • To request information about the processing of personal data
          • To request access to your data and correction of inaccuracies
          • To request deletion of personal data (where permitted by law)
          • To request restriction of processing
          • To object to processing based on legitimate interest
          • To withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

          • To lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)
